Returns & Exchanges

Because every Market George product is made to order just for you, we handle returns a little differently than off-the-shelf stores.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong product, we'll ship the correct item at no cost and you can keep or donate the original.

Size Exchanges (Apparel)

Ordered the wrong size? Contact us within 30 days and we'll help arrange an exchange. The item must be unworn and unwashed.

All Other Returns

Because products are printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind on personalized or custom items. For non-personalized products, contact us within 14 days.
